I just left the Amboy office. Without the blood work ordered by my provider being done. Why? One might ask. I'll tell you why. The total lack of communication skills in the ancillary staff and poor training. Upon asking why intake was taking in excess of 10 minutes...I was told coding came first( greedy much). I'm fully covered Medicare, and BCBS .Fep. the Cadillac of insurance! The young woman told me,medicare had a problem with 3 codes.. could I have what was guaranteed to be paid for today. ..and come back at some time in... read more
There is no communications between their staff and their patients. I have given request to the staff to communicate with my physician the need to increase my dosage of a medication prescribe for me with no results. I will be going to the clinic to resolve this lack of communication.
Dr Crowe is wonderful, he assisted with my needs for a referral, and also basic medical needs
