Ksalm & KL did some work for me to prepare my house for sale. The work included an upgrade to the bathroom shower and toilet, interior and exterior painting, flooring replaced in one of the bedrooms, and fixing of a fence. They did excellent work, and my house sold immediately.
Paul and his team have remodeled dozens of houses for me, they have also done new construction, and additions. He always adds value engineering into every project, to complete the project on time and on budget. His commitment to each project is unmatched, as if he was building it for his own family. You can count on him to care about your project as much as you do.
