Michelle went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! When I went into the store I only knew videos on how to put on a wig but it looked like a wig not natural and it kept falling. Well after going in, Michelle showed me how to put it on, what products to buy, and explained how to us them. Let Me tell you that picture is the END of the event I wore that wig from 8AM until 1AM. Young Lady in there with glasses has a horrible attitude. Store is big and I probably would have bought more but her attitude was so bad. Beware because she is so rude and her customer service is horrible.
