Please, please, please read all reviews and do your own research BEFORE you give any money to this place. The owner had to order everything and required my payment in full. Shortly thereafter I just got excuses and why it’s not available. Giving him the benefit of the doubt I gave him a few weeks (It has been 8 weeks). I requested a refund on 11/19. I got a note from the owner (signed) with the missing items and told me to stop by on Monday 11/23 to get a check (he did not have his check book handy). I went back and nothing.... read more

Great place to find old tile matches
Not worth the 1 star but like many others that have dealt with K&S stay far, far, far away. Even my GC that has known him for over 20yrs was extremely upset what he did to us and completely stopped working with him. You have been warned
