Krenar's HANDS ARE MAGIC! He absolutely knows how to work out all the muscles in your body with his techniques. He also does floor work and stretches your body which feels amazing. I am thankful to have found him because it's hard to find someone who knows what their doing and loves doing it. I definitely recommend anyone to go to him no matter the distance or the price. IT'S WORTH IT!
I cannot say enough good things about K. He is an amazing massage therapist who really listens to what your aches and pains are and develops a program to treat the root cause of this pain. I came to him post partum with terrible left shoulder back and chest pain and in just one session I already felt so much relief. K is also so communicative and flexible with a mom’s crazy schedule. Highly recommended!
