Used the ATM to withdrawal a couple hundred dollars for Xmas gifts. Went inside to ask for hundred dollar bills and was told that only customers of the bank can exchange notes. The teller was rude and dismissive
Inquired multiple times with Valery Boothe re:a real estate transaction but after calling for a week and half with no return calls (she was checking vm because on my 3rd call she took the time to change her vm msg stating she would be out of town) I was then transferred to 2 others for assistance. Once again I was put into a vm but no return call & 3rd time spoke to a gentleman & he informed he would call me back before the end of the day...you guessed it..No return call. Every time I call, I feel like I get the best personal service. If I have a question, they find the answer for me, personally. Also, sometimes my questions aren’t perfectly asked… They do a fantastic job of not making me feel stupid because of it. Thank you KS State Bank… you make a difference:-)
