Never an issue with KS State Bank. Their online banking took a bit to get for me to get used to, but all the features are there and we're now using them for all of our check deposits. Pricing is great, flexibility is great, and unlike those big banks with big call centers, I just e-mail them one of two people on the account, and they do all sorts of things. In office people are great, but their online system is trash. With my work schedule I need their online system to work, so I’ll be closing this account once I can get a week day off to actually go in.
Great customer service just like banking used to be.
