We've been customers of KS Pool Tech for over 20 years until today. On September 15th two employees came to our home to close our pool. We'd recently put in new landscaping and a new lawn right in front of the gate they've gone through to get to our pool in the past. They parked their truck in the street across from the gate, walked on our neighbors yard, and then hopped over the new grass to get to the gate. I called and spoke with Clint about resurfacing our pool. He was polite and professional. Unfortunately they weren't able to help me with this service but recommended another company who could. He was knowledgeable and willing to help me with my other pool needs. I look forward to working with KS Pool Tech again next summer!
Was basically told that they are so busy they couldn't get us an appointment..when we were promised in April.
