I am a first time patient and had an appointment with them that I tried to reschedule for 3 days straight. They kept answering the phone in what I am assuming was Chinese and then it would go quite. I booked the appointment originally in English. I wasn’t sure if I was on hold or not. Every time I called back it was the same thing and it would go quite. I must of called 15x in three days. Visited for a foot pain and overall experience was excellent. There is a wait time but, I do not mind. Doctor was very thorough with my examination and carefully explained all my options. When providing shot, he was very gentle, quick, and understanding. Highly recommend!
