Service man came to my house 2 hours before I expected him. He checked the hot water heater and then the circuit breaker and found that the breaker was the problem. He was he less than 5 minutes and fixed the problem. I asked how much the service call was and he said nothing. He had to travel at least 10 miles to come to my house and the gas usage alone was very expensive but he said he just could not charge me. This is one of the very few service men that would do that. Friendly service excellent workmanship
Matt is an expert plumber, prompt, efficient and friendly, but what really makes him special is that the best outcome for his customer is always at the top of his priority list. Even if it means that his firm might lose a little commission on parts sales when he tells you what to go out and buy for yourself. But the flip side of that is that it makes those who have enjoyed his services his loyal customers and friends.
Loved working with Courtney and Matt over at KS Plumbing! Courtney was extremely accommodating and friendly while scheduling our Water Heater replacement. Matt was very informative and ALSO very accommodating with our scheduling needs. We will definitely be reaching back out in the future.
