I don't even want to rate this place. I came here with an appointment and had to wait over an hour before I was even asked what I would like. When my nails were completed the woman had used the wrong colors and didn't offer to change them or help in some way. I am disappointed in the service and the prices are not worth it.

K's Nail Salon - In the begining and upon first opening their business - did a great job and took the TIME that customers expect and require. Of course, this resulted in an increase of customers. Problem is: Increased customer load - resulted in Poor service and lack of quality. Lack of quality means unhappy customers. Recommendation: Restore Time and Quality - Decrease Price - Offer Coupons!

I have been a frequent customer of K's nail. I used to like the service because the ladies did a good job but lately I have noticed some changes the way they treat customers. They try to get as many as customers, if there are walk-in customers, then they shorten the service time of each customer so they could go as many. This is not fair and it was not like that before.
