Nice atmosphere. Gave it some thought & time and the overall experience with the dealership and sales agent Skip in purchasing my new Kawasaki 2024 sport wasn’t a bad experience at all. I walked, no I rode off with a brand new Kawasaki and with an additional 3 year extended warranty making 4 yrs I’m covered. So far no major complaints. I was close to giving a 5 star rating, but small logistics&hiccup(s) stopped me from doing so. I called them today about some work I needed to be done on my engine. A person on the phone said they don’t work on bikes over 10 years old. Well, I won’t do business with establishments that have been in business for over 10 years . Clearly they have been in business for too long and forget what customer service is all about. Couple years ago I had them change two tires on my bike, they gave me one price on the phone and tried to charge more when I got there. Dropped my bike off, told them the exact code it pulled, they told me 24 to 48 hrs for diagnosis. They put a battery on it and called me, I even asked before I drove an hour back if they found the issue, they assured it was the battery. It wasn't. I bring it right back, no one tested anything or even rode it, the guy told me that 🤣. They had it 2 weeks and wanted to just start throwing parts at it cuz the scanner gave them the exact t same code I told them it had. Then, the new battery they installed was dead when I picked ... read more
