they did their best to get me an appointment asap even though they were extremely busy and the work was completed promptly. There was follow up on everything they were going to do and everything was explained in great detail. Even when I picked up the boat they took the time to show me what they repaired as well as some other helpful information will definitely use them again for repairs and regular maintenance
Missed most of the 2021 season as they endeavored to fix a seemingly simple float switch error code on my Verado 200Hp. After spending almost $2000 and allowing them at least six or seven attempts, I thought they finally fixed it (Mercury indicated the problem was a 94 dollar switch assembly that they had experienced a bad run of parts). Every time they would pronounce the issues was fixed, I would head to the marina only to have the exact same code come back up. These guys have been great for me! As a fishing guide, my boat is my livelihood ! They have always been very professional and friendly. They never have done any unnecessary work or failed to let me know if they found any additional problems and give great advice on how they think I should handle it. I recommend them.
