March 16th 2026 Braden from K&S came to my home as my furnace was not running properly. He discovered that the air intake (located on the roof in my case) was blocked by drifting snow. That was from the monster storm our area in Rochester had over the weekend. I had placed a call to ask for service around 4:00 am that day, had to wait for their office to open. WARNING! DECEPTIVE PRACTICES! SHADY MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP. PICK ANYONE ELSE IN THE MARKET! This company is contracted through most home warranty companies, that is a hint to not use them for any service. When our furnace died, it was “covered” under warranty. However, K&S found a way to charge me an additional $1500 for “extraordinary install”. Roger and electrician Jordan did a great job getting our AC running again. They were professional and prompt!
K&S was very responsive when I called about a refrigerant line leak and a new toilet install. I cannot complain about the service and I thought they did an excellent job overall. The only issue I had was a double charge to my card. I believe the issue arose from tapping my card first and then inserting it. Overall this did not affect the quality of their service and I would hire them again.
