Lady who picked up the phone was super super rude, impatient, and unprofessional. She said they do walk-in’s, but she won’t take anyone who go in there at 6, which is an hour before the store closes. The store is fairly new and me and my partner wanted to give a shot, but with this rude tone just to be on the phone, I don’t suggest anyone to go try for their haircut skill, unless you want to take her horrible attitude.

Cheap. I asked the lady (Lee) for a certain length, she chose to go with the length she decided. I told her multiple times during the cut that it’s too short, but she ignored it and didn’t make adjustments or pay attention to me at all. I was clearly not happy but she kept talking about her own stuff. Left multiple times during the cut to answer the phone or take care of other customers, it was very distracting.
