Took my son for a haircut and the woman was very unprofessional, she completely butchered his hair and when my husband complained she blamed him for having straight hair and said she couldn’t cut with scissors bc her fingers were too big, the end result was not what we originally asked for and had to take him somewhere else to fix it.
