K's Gulf Haverhill MA does not honor U haul reservations I made a reservation for a U Haul truck on Sept 24th. Reservation was for October 5th ( 11 days advance notice). When I showed up to pick up the truck, I was told they did not have it. I was sent to Mike's garage, also in Haverhill, MA . They did not have my truck either. K's Gulf made no attempt to apologize and told me it was not their fault. They are incompetent, callous, and untrustworthy.
