I gave it a good 3 tries... First time, I asked for shoulder length braids. Sent pictures, spoke to them before hand. They came out way longer than I asked for. As least 3 times the length. The cut them shorter, but refused to do the length I asked for because they liked the look of long hair more. I hate long hair on myself. They decided to curl it to get the length I requested, but had me come back the next day on my lunch break for that part and it somehow took an hour and a half to curl.
