Came and started digging up my yard for stuff my neighbors asked for. No notice. Blocked my driveway and mailbox. Impossible to get anyone on the phone either Edit: they’re out again for someone else on the street. Drove and parked in my yard and tore up my grass. Blocked my mailbox again. And STILL cannot get a single soul on the phone.
Doug has been helpful but the other scheduler Amanda/Mandy is a brat and so rude. She told me that she was going to cut my gas off and do work on my gas line even if I wasnt home. (In 30 degree weather). She forgot to check with her coworker Doug that we did schedule and weren’t ignoring the request. So we scheduled and took off work and put our dogs at daycare and they cancelled on us. It’s been hell working with this company.
