OMG! ❤️ First time customer, turned lifetime customer! I booked a last min appointment with Jennifer last night for 9:30am today, and I have never loved a haircut as much as I love this one! She knocked it out of the park! It's such an incredibly warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment you walk in! She was so personable and really took the time to make sure I loved it! Such precision & skill! I booked my next appointment for the day before Thanksgiving! Can't wait! Thank you so much Jennifer! You're my new person!

***Punish Customer Pricing Model*** I’ve gotten my hair done several times at K’s and experienced frequent price changes. I would get a quote and book an appointment and then when I showed up for the appointment I was told I would be charged more. A lot more!! When this occurred more than once I asked why it was happening and was told that there was a salon yearly price increase.
