We recently purchased a home and wanted to make sure the HVAC system was completely clean before we moved in. The technicians from this company were outstanding they explained what they were doing, pointed out a few problem spots, and even cleaned areas of the return duct I didn’t even know existed. They were here for several hours making sure everything was spotless, and the price was exactly what they quoted me. I’m extremely satisfied and already planning to schedule another cleaning in a couple of years.

I called this company after noticing a mildew-like smell coming from the vents whenever the AC turned on. They came out the next day and found minor mold growth in one of the damp basement ducts. The technicians were certified and equipped to handle it properly, using a treatment that was safe for my kids and pets. My allergies were out of control every spring. After getting the air ducts cleaned, I finally understand why. Mike, the technician, pulled out piles of dust, debris, and even some pet hair from a previous owner. They also did blower cleaning and treated for light mold. Huge difference my sneezing has reduced noticeably.!!

I’ve owned this house for 10 years and had never done a proper furnace or duct cleaning. When technician Ben arrived, he showed me pictures of the buildup inside the furnace and vents—it was nasty. He cleaned the blower fan, coils, and all the ducts. The heater runs smoother now and doesn’t blow that dusty smell when turned on. I wish I’d done this years ago!!

Elijah showed us the filter inside our return that was practically black I’m embarrassed to say we hadn’t changed it in over a year. He cleaned the system and even cleaned the dryer vent while he was here. He found so much lint, we were shocked our dryer hadn’t caught fire! Since then, drying cycles are way faster and the whole house is less dusty.
