Absolutely horrible and unprofessional experience. Lady had just finished eating lunch, didn't wear gloves and was very haphazard and not gentle at all. The actual dermabrasion itself was a few minutes using a machine. She didn't pay attention and it went into my ears. Used a very harsh chemical and didn't even try a spot on my face but assumed l'd react ok instead of using something mild to begin with.
