Been going to k’s for a year, unfortunately will not be going back. Someone new braided my hair and I am not pleased. She was very rough when it came to combing my hair, she broke my ends and was breaking hair that got caught up in the braid. I have never been so dissatisfied since I started going there but the one who was ripping out my hair definitely changed that. I will not be returning.
Came in, they started and finished on time and did a stellar job. Reasonably priced and highly skilled braiders, clear about policies and pricing beforehand.
