Not very friendly if you happen to encounter any issues with the items you purchase from them. Refused to do anything about a dress with beading falling off because we didn't take the dress out of the bag until a week later when we took it to be altered. I also heard there were lots of boys at prom last night that got to dance the night away with shoes that had the soles falling off. My husband just stopped in to let my daughter look around and she found the perfect dress for her. The owners are so awesome they helped her find shoes and jewelry, one stop shop, just the way we like it! It was very convenient to by local, and to give our business to a small town local business. I have been here on many occasions. I love the atmosphere. Everyone is so helpful. They help you step out of your comfort zone and into a dress you will fall in love with. I have had nothing but valuable experience here. I have received my prom dress from them once again this year and you better believe I will be back in a few years for a wedding gown.

This is our 3rd year of using k's for my daughters prom. They are amazing and great to work with. They have taken many many hours with my family picking out dresses and tux and always always always great quality of service and dresses. They even worked with me for hours looking for the perfect wedding dress I ultimately did not end up getting my dress from them due to my own situation at the time, but they still spent so much time working with me. They are not very friendly at all! Sold my niece a $500 prom dress that had beads falling off and refused to do anything about it. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
