We use K's Bounce n Play about 5 times a year! 4 times for our neighborhood events in the Spring and Fall, and every fall for my daughter's birthday parties. We've been using them for the last 4 years now. AMAZING customer service. I love calling and booking with Miss Patsy; she's so sweet and always takes care of me. The guys who drop off and pick up are great as well! The bounce houses are always cleaned, and they have a great selection to choose from. I'm looking forward to seeing you guys in October!
We have used K's for several years, and they always do a great job! I highly recommend them for all of your bounce house needs.
We get our water slide for our Church every year from K’s bounce and play. Everyone there is wonderful. Anthony has been our delivery driver every year him and his set up partner are always so polite and professional. Tonight we had a slight malfunction I call Anthony cell phone. After he was off mind you he helped fix the issue. He even offered to leave his own 4th of July festivities to come back out and help me out. I usually rent 2-3 water slides a year and it’s still always so hard to find one that has what you want available or that isnt ridiculously expensive after gas/delivery/misc.extra fees. I shopped about 7 rental companies when pricing waterslide rentals, I ended up going with this one because of the person I spoke to when I first called (Ms.Patsy), she was super friendly over the phone and didn’t seem bothered by all the questions that I had. Used their services several times and have always been pleased. Easy to work with. The inflatables are always clean and many options. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Will work with you for quick replacements and keep you updated on scheduling.
