I don't normally post reviews unless someone went above and beyond to ensure that their customers were satisfied. Greg from KS Bank was a phenomenal person to work with, very professional and genuine individual. I was able to close on my house in under three weeks while working with him. He always picked up my phone calls and responded to emails/messages within minutes. If Greg had not been our loan liaison we would have given up and would not be in our wonderful new home. It has been a number of years since we applied for a mortgage and had no idea how complicated and nit picky the process has become. Greg had the patience to smooth out the bumps and time constraints. I don't think Greg requires anymore praise, but if it weren't for him I would not be in the home I love now. After another lender botch the process, he was able to close the deal in an amazing 9 days! He really makes you feel like you are his only client and that's rare, especially since most banks treat you like a number.

Greg was absolutely wonderful to work with while purchasing our home! In a time when everything is like“fast food” and poor quality services seem to be the new fad.. Greg and the entire team had incredible turn around time with no sacrifice to accuracy or attention to detail. They really went above and beyond for our family and I believe that’s just the standard that’s been set; going above and beyond for his clients.
