First off, I was quoted one price and then after they finished the job he told me he wanted more money. Pretty ridiculous. It gets way worse. Immediately after they installed my windshield the inside of the windshield started having major condensation issues...water leaking in through the replaced seal with heavy rain. I mean a lot of water. Like the whole inside surface of windshield soaking wet with thick water drops everywhere. Hood came up on drive to airport for my first Vegas trip... They managed to fix my windshield while parked in the Jiffy Park seatac lot, made picking up my car after returning home much easier. Fair price. Thanks again guys.
Developed a huge crack in my windshield that was growing by the hour right before leaving on a weeklong road trip and I needed it fixed immediately. Called a bunch of highly rated companies on Google, and Ken was the first to respond. He drove out to Bellevue and fixed it on my doorstep within four hours of my call. Very affordable, only $200 more to replace the entire windshield than what I was quoted just to fix/stabilize the 8 inch crack, and paid no tax with all cash! I would use him for any repair in the future.
