We had a belt snap just past Bassano on Highway 1, limped our way back to the gas station and called around for a part. Not realizing K&S was actually closed on the weekends, i called and Bill answered the phone although he was just in on his day off doing some cleanup. He met us at the gas station, diagnosed the problem, got someone to bring the part in from Brooks, and replaced it for us, all within the span of two hours and for a very reasonable fee. Broke down while moving across the country and the nice folks as ks auto were able to get my problem diagnosed and fixed on the same day! Even though they had to order the part from Calgary they were still able to find time to get everything installed and ready to go faster than I had ever experienced. If it wasn't for them I would've been stuck in Bassano sleeping in my car.
