If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t even know where to start with this shop. I sent my truck here in January for brake lines, was told it would only take a week. They ignored me for a month only after I HAD CALLED THEM did I get a response. They blew my motor ether seized it. The shop owner was mad the starter i had them put in blew up as well. We had a belt snap just past Bassano on Highway 1, limped our way back to the gas station and called around for a part. Not realizing K&S was actually closed on the weekends, i called and Bill answered the phone although he was just in on his day off doing some cleanup. He met us at the gas station, diagnosed the problem, got someone to bring the part in from Brooks, and replaced it for us, all within the span of two hours and for a very reasonable fee.
