I was travelling across the Province in a winter storm and had a small mechanical issue with my truck. Pulled into K&S auto and they dropped what they were doing, freed up a lift and had me back on the road in minutes. I cannot thank them enough for the quick attentive service and would highly recommend that you check them out.

What can I say about Bill at this shop but that he was our angel in coveralls! We were driving from Medicine Hat to Calgary for a medical appointment and we had waited over a year to get this appointment. While driving on the highway just before Bassano my Odometer zeroed out and a dash full of lights started flashing. I was traveling with my 3 year old in the back, so pulled into the gas station and I went to turn off the car and restart it, the car wouldn’t move forward. If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t even know where to start with this shop. I sent my truck here in January for brake lines, was told it would only take a week. They ignored me for a month only after I HAD CALLED THEM did I get a response. They blew my motor ether seized it. The shop owner was mad the starter i had them put in blew up as well. They told me Im a dumb kid, the truck was too rusty and to deal with it myself. He personally told me over the phone that it isn’t there problem anymore and that I had to deal wi... read more
