This a great gym. Their coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. The community is friendly. The workouts are challenging. I’ve enjoyed being a part of it.
Each staff and gym member at KSAC I’ve met are amazing. Christian is a fantastic coach. Very friendly, encouraging, and motivating. Pushes you to push yourself, but corrects your form to prevent injury. He also gives alternative movements for whatever fitness level you’re at. The environment is very welcoming. The workouts are challenging, yet enjoyable. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, this is a great place to workout!
Tj is an awesome coach!! Demands a lot from us but that’s what we need. Pays personal attention to everyone in the class…just don’t be late for class!
