As a chiropractor and past athlete that knows the ins and outs of working out and being in tune with my own body, this group of people are really easy to get along with. Dropping in here is what I need it to be, a CrossFit session that checks that daily workout box. Patrick is a good lifting form coach. Warmups were appropriate and the workout had that good mix of strength + metcon.
KS Athletic Club has something for everyone. The CrossFit, SWEAT, and strength classes are outstanding because they can be scaled to any fitness level. The coaches, community, and accountability make it a place where you can be honest about your goals and actually achieve them. The youth speed and strength programs are excellent as well.
