I have been a member for only 2 weeks, but I have loved every workout. Great coaching, friendly and welcoming members, challenging programming. I was happily surprised on how at home I felt when I walked in day 1. Everyone is super nice and supportive. Its an amazing group of people. I cant wait to see my progress! UPDATE: After around 4 months, I have gained 2 lbs of muscle and lost 2% of my body fat without changing my diet! I eat moderately healthy. The programming works. I have even had a few PRs. Gym was fantastic, the coaches and owners were super helpful, and the members were all inviting and welcoming. I will be back every time I have to visit KC for work.

When you take a class with Christian, you know it’s going to run efficiently with clear demonstrations. He also does a great job checking in with each member on how they are feeling and helps to make decisions if scaled options are needed. He’s great to shoot the breeze with and has classic motivation for when you’re going through the WOD. LOVE TO ALL KSAC COACHES

Awesome gym and fantastic community!! KSAC is the spot for CrossFit in Overland Park. Everything from the programming, the people, the welcoming environment, equipment and more. Not to mention they have class types for all fitness levels, Olympic weightlifting etc. I cannot recommend this gym enough!!
