Very sweet always welcoming .. but they braid wayy too tight last time i got feed in braids they had my scalp hurting & scabbing up because of the tightness
Great first experience from beginning to end! Salon was busy on a Saturday morning, but these ladies provided excellent service and in a timely manner. Hair was braided comfortably and not tight as requested. Thank you!
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this hair salon. I booked an appointment with Maira for June 13th at 9:30 but was told there would be a 1-2 hour wait due to staff shortages. Despite waiting over 2 hours another stylist did my hair. I'm upset that the stylist I booked was available but working on someone else's hair. The lack of professionalism and no offered discount was appalling.
Been to this shop several times and had a great experience each time! Katie the owner even went above and beyond this last time i went to make sure personally i was satisfied with my Boho knotless braids! Highly recommend!!!!!
It's been one week since this incident happened, and I wanted to write this review in the fairest way that I can. Three and a half months ago I came to this salon for the first time to get Senegalese twists, and Maria was my braider. She did an incredible job and was nice, and I wanted her to do my hair again.
