I’ve had my hair done here three times and each time my hair was flawless! I always consult with the owner and bring pictures and they also exceed my expectations. They also are very mannerable and courteous and treat you like family. They are my go to exclusive hair braiding salon and I won’t go anywhere else to get my hair braided. The hairstylist stated that she had the knowledge and experience to style my hair in the manner that I requested. It was a complete lie. She incorrectly did my hair and when I complained throughout the process that it was not being done correctly, she was extremely rude and dismissive. I requested a refund because I was not satisfied with my experience and the shop manager refused to refund me even though I have been a customer on several previous occasions.
