I had my first visit with Dr. Bates today to establish her as my primary and she addressed things that my previous doctor of 27 years never even mentioned I needed to deal with! She was very informative, kind, compassionate and really seemed to listen and care about my concerns. I am excited to have her as my new primary!
Dr Bates is an amazing doctor. She has never rushed me out of an appointment and takes her time to explain treatment and always ensures you are receiving the best care. My health is the best it's been in over 26 years after switching to her. She really is compassionate. Need more doctors like her.
