I came in to get my eyebrows re-shaped correctly after ruing my own brows with tweezing! Incredibly detailed and so very nice when it came to any concerns or changes I wanted to be made before the final product. Very fun to chat with during the appointment too! Krystal made me incredibly comfortable at the pre and day of visit. She answered all my questions, never made me feel stupid for (what I thought were stupid) questions that I asked her. I feel more confident with my brows and have already have spread the word!
