I was very uncomfortable with my experience. While doing my hair, the stylist started talking about my hair to her coworker in another language, assuming I wouldn’t understand what was being said. I had to step in and address it myself. You never know what languages your clients understand, and I feel conversations about a client should never happen in front of them, regardless of the language being used. It was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable.
The owner was so kind and knowledgeable, she examined the condition of my hair, made recommendations without pushing anything and did an excellent job. I trust her completely and will be back again for a silk press and trim!
