Dinner Plain Accommodation seriously disappointed us with their lack of customer service. When the heater broke down, it wasn't fixed for the last six days of our stay. While I understand that issues can arise, at $900 a night, we were left staring at three portable heaters. When I requested some form of compensation, Courtney informed me that because they provided temporary heating, no recourse would be offered for the inadequate service.
