Have been going to get my nails done here for years now. The team are all so lovely, professional and do the best job. Highly recommend!

I totally agree past owners brilliant It took me a while to realise why service had declined. New owners! I'm wondering if they are qualified or trainees? I feel very uncomfortable as customers are all English speaking. They can actually speak English there but choose not to? I find this very rude and intimidating.
I was going here for years they were great until I started noticing problems each time the service was bad and the ladies were quite rude. This was due to having new owners, I now go to Jane nails up the road where the quality is fantastic and they are lovely people! Crystal nails use to be the best in five dock sadly I can no longer say that. They stuffed up my nails twice and would not correct them.
