I could not imagine having a better borrowing experience than what Krystal provided for me! I had gone through another lender, but the loan fell through over a technical issue with the HOA documents. Krystal and her team moved mountains to make sure I could get into my new home quickly. She was even able to get me a better rate! Friendly, efficient, and caring; loved it!
