Around 7:15 on the date of 11/7/2011, my husband pulled up to place an order and the employee told him to come back in 30 minutes. Next thing he realized the same employee running across the street. I have never witnessed such poor customer service. Someone needs to take responsibility for their employees at this location.

This Krystal at 449 W Main St in Hendersonville Tn is the worst place to ever visit I was there yesterday at 6-30 Pm and the indoor dining was closed a colored woman came out and said you have to go through the drive through and I said if I couldn’t come inside to eat I would go somewhere else to eat and my wife was in her car also and she told her she would have to go through the drive through also I told her that this is my wife and we will go somewhere else to eat and she said to me I have a attitude and I said I don’t h... read more

I went to Krystal's on the way to work. The young lady was snappy over the intercom, and when I got to the window, not only was her mouth sharp, but she had attitude to. I checked my bag before I left and the eggs looked like they were just thrown in the box, the grits were cold, hell the whole order was cold. I told her I asked for bacon not sausage and she took the plate with attitude. I asked her was there a problem. Her facial expressions and her demeanor were simply ugly. The cashiers name was Miesha. My people.

The food was nasty and old me and my daughter came in for lunch and the food was so nasty we showed it to the casher and i guess she was suppose to be a manager the food was so old the the hot dog was a two tone color brownish gray and pink they put a half of jar on mustard on it and the krystals were so old that the buns were crumbing in your hands and the meat wasn't even done it was so hot in the restaurant that we had tp set in the front in the sun at least it was cooler than the other side of the dinningroom and then we... read more
