I used Krystal for about 3 years before everything went south. Algae, dirt and other debris started to become commonplace. I was a snowbird so wasn’t at the house part of the year. I decided to put a camera in the backyard. What I discovered was a pool tech that entered the back yard, dropped a chlorine tablet in the dispenser and that was it.
