Linda was absolutely exceptional—truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a medical office. From the moment she walked in, her warmth and genuine kindness immediately put me at ease. Honestly I have been disgusted by the office behavior, I had to wait for them to call me back more then 4 times to get scheduled and each call was to say ok we will call you back. Then they finally called and said my ultrasound was normal goodbye, I said no it’s not because I knew exactly why I was being referred then they said well do you want to see the Dr then or what and that’s exactly what I had been waiting for!!! There is much more but that’s all that’s needed to show the office is terrible.

Extremely rude front desk. Doesnt want to answer common questions, contradictory while also somehow condescending. Unfortunate for the Dr, she seems great but many won't be willing to see her or deal with her unprofessional staff

If I could give 0 star, I would. I called Dr. Krystal Pham’s office on a Tuesday to set an appointment for an urgent authorization request from my primary care doctor. This is my first pregnancy. I called and spoke with the front desk at Dr. Pham’s office and was told there isn’t an appointment until next week, but front desk said she’ll talk to Dr. Pham to see if I can be seen sooner. According to the California Health Department, urgent authorization for patients should be see within 96hrs from approval date. I was told by... read more

My experience with Dr. Pham and staff is a 10/10, she is an amazing Dr. along with all of the staff there. They are very helpful, informative, gentle and kind. Definitely recommend her office, out off all other Drs I’ve been seen by she is by far my fave!
