First of all, I can’t say enough about the friendliness/attentiveness of Krystal! (She is already one of my favorite people!) The salon itself is such a warm and inviting space, and I felt comfortable the moment I stepped through the door! Krystal spent so much time making sure that we were communicating well and wanting to understand exactly what I wanted in my cut.
