Several years ago (2011-2015) we had JoeL do our windows and a Lott of other projects which lasted Several years while we were living oversees. He put in our windows in which the back kitchen windows leaked as well as 4 windows in the front. They came out to fix the problem twice and still did not fix the leaks. As a result of the leaks two rooms in the front of the house leaked to the point where 15% of the wood flooring needed to be replaced. Think hard before using this person. The owner Joe L was very quick to take my parents money for 5 replacement windows back in January. Windows were installed incorrectly, poor caulking, damage to the adjacent siding, and no drip edges. Not to mention they weren't even nailed in at the top!! After weeks of calls and messages, we still haven't gotten their windows fixed. Now we have water leaking in on wood flooring.
