This place recently changed ownership and prices more than doubled. Now it's $27 for the basic wash. I was previously able to get the same wash for $10.99 with the Emerald Belle card, which the new owners no longer honor. Even without the card the price used to be around $15 for the basic wash. On top of the price increase, the staff member outside (guy with a pony tail) was rude and almost seemed offended by questions. I guess they haven't noticed all the other car washes in the area. Bring back the old prices. Until then, I won’t be back. I’ve been a customer for 10 years and spent thousands of dollars here. I went today for a quick car wash and was shown “new prices” of 50, 70, and 100 dollars for various detailing services. Those prices are way too high for a quick local car wash. I definitely understand the idea and business model, and I’m sure finding workers is hard. They should definitely hire a branding agency and rebrand as a high end detailing shop and drop “car wash” from the name. It’s going t... read more
I highly recommend Carnation!! They’re the best in town! My car literally looks and smells like a new car!!! Interior was spotless! I have small children, so you can imagine the embarrassing mess and they did an AMAZING JOB!! Cleaning the inside!!! I didn’t even recognize my car!!! A special thanks to the manager Jose for going above and beyond to care for my vehicle and for the wonderful customer service from the front receptionist Deysi!!! I WILL BE BACK AGAIN & I WILL BE SENDING EVERYONE I KNOW HERE!!!
I was at this Carwash today and I am very satisfied with the service I received,the manager Jose was very attentive and willing to make my visit a pleasant one ,I am so happy I came here ,will definitely come back I recommend this place not just for the service but also for the customer satisfaction, that is managed by Jose I give it 5 star .
