Krystal was extremely unprofessional. She kept referring to herself as a doctor but she’s actually a nurse. Her medical knowledge was poor at best. Anytime I asked her a health related question, she’d reply “what do you think is causing that?”. If I knew, I wouldn’t go to her!!
