Krystal was amazing to work with for my wedding day! My original hair and makeup artist cancelled on me last minute—less than a month before the wedding—and I was so stressed. I reached out to Krystal, and she got back to me quickly. We were able to schedule a trial and lock in the date within a couple of days. Very accommodating! I contacted Krystal for a last minute hair and make up appointment for a photoshoot I was doing for myself. She contacted me back within 10-15min! The first appointment I had to cancel/Reschedule because the photographer fell sick. But, Krystal was very understanding and I was able to reschedule the following week. Krystal was very nice and funny during my appointment and didn't make me feel uncomfortable in any way. I got my eyebrows microbladed by Krystal and I absolutely love them! This is my first time getting my eyebrows done so of course, i had a bunch of questions and anxiety about it but Krystal was the sweetest person about the whole thing. She made sure I was comfortable before starting. I told her about my face insecurities and what I liked/disliked about certain eyebrow tattoos and she really took her time mapping out my eyebrows and doing them until I got exactly what I wanted. Krystal was a joy to work with. Her work is excellent -- giving each person the makeup and hairstyle they wanted in order to feel beautiful. She took feedback well and made adjustments as they were requested. She had another artist with her who was also very talented. The two of them arrived early and worked efficiently for nearly without a break for 4 hours. They were kind and professional. I highly recommend working with Krystal for wedding hair and makeup.
