I heard that an employee at this location refused to serve a police officer.
And service. Took way to long food was nasty . Bun on burger wet as if you dip it in was . Waited to I put around to tell me shake machine wasn’t working. I leave it at that .

RecommendedIt was a super busy night and I had to wait a minute for my food- but getting off work as late as I do I appreciate the essential employees putting in their time to make sure I can get my cheese Krystals after a 16 hour shift 😳 the speaker operator and the window lady were pleasant ay—eff given it was almost 3am. Not all extended hours employees get this same service when they get off work, so I was very happy to get a hot dinner and good service ❤️ These employees deserve some high fives! Just went to your drive through only to be told we are out of food ! Wtf ! If your restaurant can’t do any better than that you need to close ! The customer service at this place has really went down !
