cold hamburgers and rude personnel and manager – Went through and ordered a late night snack and was given cold, rubbery food. When I returned and asked for a new burger I was told by the manager that I received a fresh burger and that is the way they are always served. COLD.

Krystals in west Memphis on Missouri street – I have been to Krystals several times in the past, but the past 3 times that I have been there has not been good. I have ordered the same thing 3 krystals NO, NO,NO, ONIONS... I repeat NO ONIONS, AND 1 APPLE PIE!!!!!!!!! . I get to work to open my bag and have all the onions that they could possibly have in the store and NO apple pie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. What is the problem here.
