We love Krystal Burger's on Euclid however, tonight after our visit we aren't liking it very much now , the bread was hard around the majority of the outside of the Burger's, Burger's were not hot and we asked for no onions and we got onions on them. very dissatisfied. today's date is 2/19/19 time of visit was roughly 11:15 Pm
They don’t listen to you in the drive thru, rang me up wrong twice, and the 6 crystals were with no cheese were cold in the center, while waiting 11 min in the drive thru on the burgers. I asked for the receipt 3 times, then in the 4th time, i watched her pull it out of the trash and throw it in my bag. The drive thru ladies hands were dirty like she hadn’t showered in days. Poor service, crappy food, and dirty employees, so I’d say it’s safe to assume your kitchen is as well. Just close it down before you lose anymore money... read more
Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes for a very simple order then she tells us to pull up that it'll be 3 and a half more minutes....here it is 10 minutes later...um seriously y'all need to get cha head out of your asses n get to work! That was pathetic! �

We don't have a Krystals here in the area we live in.(Used to be one in Burlington, NC but it closed.: ( This past weekend we stayed in Boone,NC for a few days. Googled Krystals and the closest one was in Bristol Va so we hit the road!! It was HEAVENLY!
