Krystal needs to inspect their franchises. The one in Athens, AL is absolutely nasty. It has roaches too. That would have never been tolerated back in the day.
The burgers and chili are not good anymore.I think I know why: using steamers. Bad idea. Makes the bun wet/soggy. Go back to the 70's way of making burgers /chili.

I live in Tallahassee Florida and I stopped by to get me the #1 because there is no Krystals in Tallahassee, it started out wonderful with my 1st two sandwiches the other two were dried out and old.😠
