Just left there our food was raw and cold and the manager Emilee was so messed up on something that she barley could speak she spoke so slow it wasn’t even funny I do not recommend this place! Poor customer service!!! If we get sick from it we will be suing Krystals!
My wife and I have always received very good service at this Krystal's location. Good food and very friendly staff keeps us coming back.
I asked for no pickles/no onions.... I got onions and no mustard/no pickles. Not what I would consider a $15/hour “skilled labor” job!
I eat at the Krystal's on the east side of Morristown at least a couple times a month the food their is always excellent. However the last couple times that I have visited the Westside location and order the exact same meal bacon cheese Krystal's when I get them they have half a strip of bacon. Where as the Eastside location always puts a full strip on the ones I get there.
