I have never left a session still feeling anxiety. Kryse does so much and she goes above and beyond; hypnosis, table work, somatic experiencing, and more. Although she's the only therapist I've been to, I can say that she is the absolute BEST that there is.
I have been divorced for seven years. That has left me a single mom...but then again I kind of always was...if you know what I mean. My marriage was not healthy and my children saw too much. They have had times that they were a wreck and as their mom, I had no clue what to do or how to handle things. That's where Kryse came into the picture.
